We arrived Friday, and spent the day walking around Cambridge (Harvard, the river, MIT, etc.), then had dinner with Anna and Jesse at the Cambridge Brewing Company. (I forgot my camera in our B&B, so I have no pictures, sorry!)
Saturday we did the Freedom Trail. We saw lots of important old buildings and monuments.
Mike tolerated me acting as tour guide, but tried to act like a native (i.e., by distancing himself from me) whenever he could. :)
Then we picked up Mitra at the airport and headed up to Cape Ann. We stayed at a super cute B&B, the Old Farm Inn (which, incidentally, is apparently for sale?!).
Sunday morning we walked around Halibut Point State Park...
...before heading to Anna and Jesse's wedding at the Emerson Inn by the Sea. The wedding was beautiful (if a bit chilly)!
Monday we did some sight-seeing and shopping in the little towns of Cape Ann, before slowly making our way back to Boston. It was a great trip!
