I've noticed a lot of "six word" stories recently. For example, the New York Times posted a story about summarizing "love" in six words for Valentine's Day. Now they are doing a similar story for Mother's Day. (Here are a couple general examples from Wikipedia.) So it got me thinking about how I would summarize things in six words...
My life:
"Incredibly blessed, yet lacking one thing."
My family:
"Emotionally so close. Physically too far."
My husband:
"Grounds me and gives me wings."
My work:
"Layoff was amazing blessing in disguise."
It's kind of a fun creative exercise to boil things down to their essence in six words! Any six-word stories you'd like to share?
