Photo 1: I have always, always, always wanted one of these things to slice my apples. It's such a convenient gadget! (Dorky, I know, but I don't care. Things like this excite me.) If you don't already have one yourself, I highly recommend it. It will forever change your relation with apples. And pears.
Photo 2: I just love taking pictures and thought this was a cool one. It's so rare that Mike will actually pose for the camera! :)
