Sat 3/5 - My first run in an embarrassingly long time. I just realized that my next Monster Series race is only two weeks away! Unfortunately my Garmin battery was dying as I did this run, so it wasn't able to lock onto a sattelite until several minutes into my run. I'm sure I was running at least 8mph for the first five minutes, so it's too bad Garmin didn't record that. ;)

Wed 3/23 - I decided to try the hill intervals workout since I was stuck on the treadmill again. I thought I set it for a slow jogging pace, but somehow I screwed it up and was doing the majority at a brisk walk. Since it was hard work and I did end up running the last few minutes I'm counting it anyway.
