running update (February)

Sat 2/6/10 - My first run in almost a week. (Oops.) But the good news is that I got outside for the first time in weeks! Yay for warm(ish) weather and (somewhat) plowed roads - sorry to all the cars who had to swerve around me :) Best yet, I think I might have even set a PR in my regular old outside loop! Maybe there is something to be said for "training" on the dreadmill...

Tues 2/9/10 - I did some "cross-training" yesterday by shoveling the driveway - what an upper-body workout! Today it was back to the dreadmill...

Sat 2/20/10 - It was so nice to get to North Carolina for the weekend! I mostly enjoyed the outdoors while walking, but did get one run in on Saturday morning. 65 degrees has never felt so good. It was lovely!
