Christmas in August!

I just received my first order of King Arthur Flour. I'm so excited! (It's like Christmas in August!) I'm going to start off with some cheesy crusty loaves tomorrow, then baguettes on Sunday, and maybe rye bread next weekend. We'll see if the flour makes a big difference or not. What fun!
