Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

What's better than peanut butter and chocolate? These super simple cookies sure hit the spot.

Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies
1 stick butter, softened
.5 c peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
.5 c sugar
.5 c brown sugar
1 egg
1.25 c flour
.5 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp baking soda
.25 tsp salt
1 c chocolate chips

HINT: to measure out peanut butter easily, use a liquid measuring cup and use the water displacement method. When you pour off the water, the peanut butter won't be a sticky mess all over the measuring cup!

Cream the butters.

Add the sugars. Cream. (sorry for the blurriness)

Mix in the egg. Add the dry ingredients. (again, sorry for the blur)

Stir in the chips.

Bake at 350 for 10-15 min.

Enjoy!

Nice peanut butter method! Too bad, you took all of the cookies to work...
