Crazy busy

I've been so busy the past few days, I've hardly had time for training, much less for writing!

We spent last weekend (Memorial Day w/e) in Hayward again, which was lovely. I'm getting addicted to the Friday night Fish Fry at the Golden Rule and the deep dish pizza at the Old Hayward Eatery! To counteract those glorious calories, I did a bit of training as well - 8 mi on Sat and 6 mi on Sun. I still can't shake those blisters on both my big toes and both my little toes, but I'm hoping they'll go away soon.

Monday we had the long drive back (along with every other Minnesotan who had been "up north"), following by Mike's birthday dinner at Tavern on Grand with his dad and step-mom. Tuesday was yoga, and now today I've been busy packing for . . . Key West!! We leave for Miami at 10am tomorrow - I can't wait! Happy 80th birthday to my grandma, who decided to invite the family to her party at a swank resort on Key West :) Bring on the sun, sand, and mojitos!

Oh, and maybe I'll do some walking while we're down there too...
