How to motivate myself?

I used to joke that I would only run if someone was chasing me. But then I found the "Couch to 5K" program on line, and it rocked my world! I started it Oct 1, and by Thanksgiving Day, I had run my own personal 5K on the treadmill - granted, it took me 40 min to finish, but I still did it. (Yay!) I was running ~2mi/day each morning (5:30-6am) before work, and it was going great. I won't say I ever really *liked* running, but I liked how I felt afterward, and I liked the pounds I lost :)

But then the holidays hit, I had finished the program, and I lost my motivation. I *hate* mornings, especially when it's been pitch black even at 6:30 am here in lovely MN. So how can I get back into it? I realize I need some sort of achievement to work toward (working through the C25K program certainly worked for me). So, do I get a running buddy? Run outside? Run at night instead? Redo the program at a faster pace? Sign up for a race in the spring???
