Cheesy biscuits

Easy, yummy, cheesy biscuits - kind of like those served at Red Lobster.

Cheesy biscuits
2 c Bisquick
1.75 c shredded cheese
2/3 c milk
2 T butter, melted
.25 t garlic powder

1. Preheat the oven to 450. Combine the bisquick, 1 c of cheddar (or whatever cheese you have on hand - I used jarlsburg), milk, and 1 T of butter. Drop onto cookie sheets. (I made BIG biscuits - you can definitely make them much smaller. Also, you'll notice that I reuse my parchment paper a few times!)

2.Bake 10 minutes, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Return them to the oven. Meanwhile, mix the remaining T of butter and the garlic powder in a small bowl.

3. Bake another 4-6 min, until the cheese is melted and they are golden brown. Then brush with the butter/garlic powder mix.

If you make BIG biscuits, they make for *great* turkey sandwiches!

Enjoy!
