Guacamole

Silly Steph forgot she was doing a cooking blog now. Oops. So here's a final picture of guacamole, but that's all. Sorry!

Guacamole
3-4 ripe avocados
1 small tomato
1/4 small onion, chopped
1-2 clove(s) garlic
2 T lemon or lime juice
dash of cumin
splash of Tabasco
salt and pepper to test

How did you keep it so green for so many days????

Excellent question! As you'll see in the bottom picture, if you keep one of the avocado pits in the guacamole, it will stay green longer. Also, if you press plastic wrap down on the dip before refrigerating, that helps as well.
